If it's unpasturized, it has bacteria in it from the stuff the cows eat. It's perfectly fine for you, but theres a slight chance of getting sick with Food Poisoning or Salmonela...

Pasturized milk is milk straight from the cow's tits, but all they do is heat it up and let it cool to kill of bacteria. No chemicals added.

Chocolate milk comes from cows that they milk too hard and a bit of cow blood gets in the milk. It is still "safe for human consumption" by the FDA but is slightly pink now so they add chocolate to cover up the color and any possible taste differences.
