went over 115 GB download limit and am now slowed down to basically 11 kb/s download this is stuff.. doing a speedtest right now will post once its done -_-

we usually go down to dialup speeds to... its just there are other computers downloading stuff at the moment -_-.... usually i get really decent speeds and im upgrading to ADSL2+ soon

the exchnage is so far away from where I live the difference between ADSl and ADSL2 wouldnt be worth changing over yet.

i would really love to be in amnets enabled area for adsl2+.. check this out also i love how amnet doesnt counts uploads towards our quota

I don't think you have to be in an area, somehow they connect it to Copper wires I think.

I'm not sure if I'm in a Fibre-Optic area or not, where can I find out? :o

Call all of the ISPs in your area that offer FiOS and ask them.

maybe you had hit a lag spike when that happened lol... 5mb/s while hitting a lag spike... id love that
