Is it ok for the leader of NCH to tell you to shut down your clan?

Hi all of you people out there. I wanted to tell you about a new clan called HBC, which will be shut down because the leader of NCH (national criminal housing) wants me to shut it down. I am a member of that clain. I just started HBC, and i want to keep the server up. Nobo (ID:17121) told me that i could have one clain (his) or none...
