I wonder if the nanosuit is going to even play a part in the story like it did in the last one. Like how its microthrusters were used to navigate the zero-g part, and it was used to broadcast that alien-crippling signal. Also the defense mode protecting you from the radiation. Although you probably get some anyway considering you'll be taking health damage while you switch to strength to push down the fuel rods or whatever. I guess that means Nomad's going to die a slow painful death of radiation poisoning when he's older if he keeps this job up.

I can't wait for this...

Once again New York has been attacked. Lets just add that to the list

Cloverfield
Godzilla
I am Legend
etc
etc
etc

Christ sake get out of that stuff city.

Damnit, you said it first

If I remember correctly, the previous trailer showed him going through some type of portal which led him to the city. Could this explain the unexpected changes?

Oh I have a better idea. How about we use an asian city instead, like tokyo!

ITT: Butthurt Australians complain about the best city in the world getting attention because all they have is slow internet and kangaroos.

Durr aliens that look absolutely nothing like the ones from the first, an unexplained change from high-tech VTOLs to low(er) tech Black Hawks, and a completely random setting change. Only thing consistent is the nanosu- oh wait they changed that too.
Farcry 1 and Farcry 2 have absolutely nothing in common.
So stop your whining, games don't have to be direct sequels.
