Author Topic: Crysis 2 "The Wall" Trailer  (Read 3292 times)

Farcry 1 and Farcry 2 have absolutely nothing in common.
So stop your whining, games don't have to be direct sequels.
Except you know, when they're sequels.

Prick.
Boo hoo a bunch of redshirt marines got dead!
I'm not saying video games are incapable of making people cry, but having played any fps ever, you kind of get used to any non-established character in a helicopter dying.

You miss the point.

Durr aliens that look absolutely nothing like the ones from the first, an unexplained change from high-tech VTOLs to low(er) tech Black Hawks, and a completely random setting change. Only thing consistent is the nanosu- oh wait they changed that too.
New aliens means nothing. Plus, the VTOLs were to transport the guys in the nanosuits (don't know the term, haven't played the game), the setting change means the aliens started attacking a different area, and finally, why can't they upgrade the nanosuit?

You miss the point.
Actually no, for anyone that cries about marines dying in a game trailer shouldn't be playing those types of games until they can handle it.

Jesus, I'm saying that what he said was uncalled for and was a prick move.

... You suck at games

... You suck at games

Have trouble thinking up that one?

New aliens means nothing.
I liked the original Crysis aliens because they weren't your typical bipedal alien invaders, they were more like War of the Worlds. Aliens that posed a threat when they showed up, not cookie-cutter mooks you cut down by the thousands.

Plus, the VTOLs were to transport the guys in the nanosuits (don't know the term, haven't played the game)
They're just transports. They are not nanosuit exclusive. During one of the missions you fly cover for VTOLs extracting ordinary marines.

the setting change means the aliens started attacking a different area
It's not just that, it's that of all the other places to attack it just had to be NYC.

I found out why there are blackhawks.
Because VTOL's are slow juicy targets for the Alien's to attack
AND because its NYC huge skyscrapers etc But i hear there will be VTOL's in a point of the game.

Oh Yes, And the aliens appear to have created there own "Nano-Suits"

But there also will be Korean's in the game too
It appear's The U.S. Aliens and North Korean's are in a clash around the city.
