Classic RTS, Has anyone played AoE3? It's pretty good, a little cartoonish in my opinion.

Oh yeah i love how aoe2 runs on my windows 7 with a minor graphical glitch but aoe3 refuses to even install. Great work microsoft. It's an ok game but this topic is about aoe2

Before you run the game, right click your desktop and click "Screen Resolution" then try (just leave that there in the background), If that doesn't work normally alt tabbing in and out fixes most things.
Yeah works for me.
Don't ask how.

Age of empires 2, is by far one of the best RTS's I used to play at LAN's.
I'm well known with my army of lethal monks. Not a tactic easily done and it's quite funny.

Try installing it on another computer (one without Vista) and grab those files.
If that doesn't work then try a fixed CD/Exe crack.
Or have you already tried everything? D:

I have a hacked portable version of aoe2: age of kings. Its like 340MB.
