It isn' t an m4a1 it is an M16. Trust me, I have the game and I am a big fan. And you can find the M16 in rykuta' s L4D2 Weapon pack.

An M4A1 is not also called an M16 and an M16 has already been made, the gun in L4D is an M16, not an M4.

The only friend here is you. The M4a1 or M16 DAMNIT is in Left 4 Dead 2. So it's in the Left 4 Dead 2 weapon pack. Go figure handicap.
