Although 40 rounds in a clip for the Machine Pistol is a lot, I mean, the WWII Thompson SMG only carried 20 Rounds per clip!

Now I'm thinking I should have put 30... Oh well.

Yes but even though its a machine pistol it still has so much spread that you can't use it very well, it should at least have enough spread that you can kill your target and not use like 5 clips. If not at least make it do as much damage per shot as a pistol would and strengthen the name machine pistol.
