Yep, right after you beat the second to last level. Before that, you can only get to lvl 30 and 5. Afterwords, you can get to 60 and 6. :D

All my gun are lvl 6, and my charecter is lvl 57. :P

The 26th level (the 'bonus' one) is good for training guns, but it's hard to upgrade the S-AIDS spreader to lvl6 in there.

I can stick to one spot and wait for enemies to die :/

Hints:
1. Hit an enemy with a Golden S-AIDS spreader, then wait for them to die or Quick-Silver them in there faecs.
2. Slo-mo is good for dodging incoming bullets.
3. The Boomstick is good for blowing up foes.

Also: The boomstick, and quick silver are the best weapons in the game. The others just doesn't kill quick enough. Though it doesn't matter since I unlocked the cheats.
