MS Paint is not only the best drawing program, it can also be used to edit pictures and other features like that.

Guide to MS painting:

1.Move cursor to the bottom of screen
2.Click "start"
3.Hover over "All programs"
4.Hover over "accessories"
5.Click on "Paint"
