3 Modest Pile of Hat or 1 Modest Pile of Hat + 1 Noble Amassment of Hats should make a Towering Pillar of Hats. It might actually and nobody has ever gotten that combination of hats, though.

ive only been playing this for about two weeks dont even have 24 hours of play time and i have two hats dont know why im lucky when it come to getting them
