what about NO$GBA?

Meh. Good luck finding ROMs, i'm always brought to some kind of malicious site when I try to download them.

Nestopia works well, my friend and I played a couple levels of SMB3 over netplay. I'll take a look at some others tonight as well. I'll probably add in a section on Kaillera eventually since it seems to be common to quite a few games.

Nobody said anything about ROMs

but it's easier than you might think to find them, not that I've tried.

no$gba worked fairly well and strangely enough can emulate 12 (!) consoles at once. I have no idea what the purpose of this is, but I'm hoping you could emulate 4 consoles and wire them together with an emulated link cable for split screen mario kart. I'll probably invite a couple of friends over later this week and try it.

My friend told me that desmume didn't work for him when he tried it out months ago but we tried again today and it worked very well.

That's leaving JPCSP left to test, hopefully it works.

Quick bump question, do any of you know if M.E.S.S is any good?

MESS emulates a lot of things but it doesn't emulate a lot of things well. I'd save it for arcade games and use the suggested emulators in this thread for everything else.

Speaking of emulators, I wonder if/when badspot will release his.

This is probably one of the best topics i've ever seen on this forum.
Anyway, what about Project64? I liek. Or is mupen better :o

i tried mupen but i dont see any settings for gameshark codes
