Tap and slide the bottom to select bricks.
Tap and slide the brick to move it, two fingers for rotation/up/down.
Double tap the brick to plant it.
There, you have brick controls done.

This might be possible, however with about only 1 map and NO add-ons
But I don't think badspot will make this, since there is no Torque 3d for iPhone/iPod touch/iPad
