Dedicated Server Problem (Know how to host)

How do you shut it down? I made one and the ping is dead so I can't get in to shut it down. Help!

I have started it up but I cannot join! My UPnP is enabled, and ports are NOT forewarded. I join the server and it just says

Connecting to [IP ADDRESS] with password.

Then nothing happens!

To close: Hit X on the window that was opened when you ran Dedicated.bat

To join: Are you serious? Join blockland with the dedi window up then join your dedicated server with 0/## players.

if your ping still shows as "---" then port forwarding is not working for you.
Make sure you shut off UpNp when you turn on port forwarding. both of them wont work at the same time.

I believe the ping will appear as --- to you only, (if your normal server has ping).
