GameMode: The Golden Brick

Gameplay:

There is a item known as the "golden brick". You must place it somewhere. Then, make a minigame with it. A person must hold it for points. They must have the chosen goal of points to win. You also will get points every second, if your holding the golden brick.
To get, the brick from someone else, you either have to kill or steal from them. There will be also a time limit which is also optional. If not even one player has reach the selected goal point, the game will choose the one with the highest points and take them as a winner. You have 25 health when you spawn. If the golden brick hasn't been touched for over 20 seconds, it will reset automatically to it original location.
Killing: You have to click them about four or five times to kill them. Then, when they die, grab the brick quickly.
Stealing: When, you have the golden brick, your speed will decrease slightly. The people without the brick will increase slightly more than the brick holder. It will also take up to 2 or 3 seconds to steal for every steal so, try to hang on tight.

Err. That's what I got for now. Any ideas that can be added to this is nice. I hope this isn't impossible.

Halo 3 Oddball:

Players fight over a skull. The holder of the skull gets a point every second they have it. While they weild it, they are usually really fast, they can't use weapons, they have low health, and can kill anyone with a melee hit. Once they die, the skull is dropped by their corpse, and a player may pick it up.

Does this sound close to what you want?

Yeah, something like this, Deathwishez.

I'm pretty sure the player speed remains consistent, but their damage is increased while they hold it.

 If the brick is just an item that gives you points somehow then this can be replicated, it'd be nice if the holder wasn't able to switch items and keep the brick in their inventory.
