Wrong.

Actually, it was the "All-in-One" mod that stole things from TBM, but the TBM developers also thought that RTB was ripping them off. This made TBM devs sad and angry so they decided to pull a hilariously bad stunt with adding that malicious code, thus making them personae non-gratae on these forums. The mod is pretty much dead anyway, as there are hardly any players.

TBM came first. It was the first major collection of game changing mods.  Not counting the All-in-One (AiO) mod  or Blockland Mods which were just barely functioning jumbles of random add-ons. TBM came out sometime in March or April of 2005 while RTB released later that summer.
