My favorites are Mozzarella, Swiss, and Provolone. What are your favorite three?




* Caciocavallo Podolico is the most expensive and rarest of the cheese. It can only be made in Southern Italy in May and June and is made from the wild Podolico Cow

EDIT: I once made 2 quiche dishes, one with stuff tons of shrimp and spinach and swiss.
and another with stuff tons of cheddar and bacon and ham and spinach
