Help!! Can't Install Activation Key

Please Help. I've purchased an activation key but for some reason it won't install on my G5 iMac. We can play the demo but when we enter the key it says "invalid key" - as a troubleshooting measure I was able to install the key on my G4 Powerbook but the game is for my son and I need it to run on the iMac.

The powerbook and the iMac are on the same network, however, I'm not trying to run the game on both computers at the same time. Do I have to somehow uninstall it from the powerbook? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is a helpful tip: Make sure you aren't confusing the Z's with 2's or anything.
