PRINCE OF PERSIA
PLOT-
The story evolves around a young orphan boy by the name of Dastan. After a successful major battle won, he comes across a dagger filled with sand. Later in the movie he realizes how it can be used- to turn back time. He is set for a marrage with a queen, but soon is framed by his fathers death. He now knows who did it, and is seeking for revenge. But there are major plotwists in the story to keep you on the edge of your seat! That's all I can write without giving away any major factors :p
QUALITY-
My dad actually made an interesting point about 3d and non 3d movies. Prince of Persia is in 3d but the one we went to was the non 3d version. Only in some points, it was made for 3d. But the rest was for non 3d. The only 3d part that would've been good was the battle between Seso and the knife Hassasin.
CGI/STUNTS-
DAMN the way he pulled of the stunts was amazing. There wasn't much cgi in it so it was interesting seeing real life things happening and not something fake.
RATING-
The rating is set for PG13. Once you see the movie, you'll understand why. A lot of arrows and spears going through peoples chests, blood. But it wasn't much killing as if it was 300.
Tl;dr
1-10 scale
Plot- 8- think of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban. Exactly similar.
Quality- 9- 3d would be good for some parts but not all.
CGI/Stunts- 10- all the stunts were real and pulled of very well
Family- 8- I saw this with my dad, he liked it. If I saw this with my mom- she would say it's another Hindi movie.
Overall- 8.75
