Introduction
I've been working on this game recently, it's called Shadow Lurk. It's sort of a fantasy survival game. At the moment it's a beta. If you want to join you can. Just PM me here or on the website here:

The game is based on the book I am writing, called Wrath of the Shadow Lord. Basically the point of the game is to get powerful enough to destroy the Shadow Lord. After the Shadow Lord is dead he drops a rare sword. The sword of Oblivion. And the sword max's out all your stats. If you are at Level 150 (Max Level) and your health is 10,000. Your HP goes up to 111,000. Pretty simple.

Controls
Ok, that's the basics of the game, the controls are simple too. The arrow keys to move. Right Ctrl as the action button. And enter after selecting an object on the ground tile to pick it up.

Probably made in Game Maker

Still, even if it would be made in game maker, that doens't mean it is bad.

Yes it does
Also, some screenshots?

Games I have played that are built/scripted in game maker aren't that bad, but hell, games made in other engines are better.

Yeah it kinda does.

At the moment my internet is seriously slow. As soon as my Download Limit is back I will add some.

Sounds like Konfuze engine. Well, one of the hundreds of clones of it anyways.
Major flaw is that Konfuze is made in VB.

Not Konfuze, it's just that I was playing around with those buttons at the time.

Well, some pictures would be nice though.

As soon as my download limit comes back, sure.

Not everyone has NumEnter. I would suggest changing it.
