I was wandering while riding on a rowboat on water in Slate Sea if we had Booeys.
Here is some features if it:
Mountable: False
Floats: True
Is a bot: True
Killable: Mabey
Can move (AI-ish): False

It'd just be easier to build them, a "vehicle" version would just bring unnecessary lag to your server and if some one were to shoot it, it'd fly some where else defeating the purpose of it sitting there in the first place. Overall not worth the trouble.
