They're typically referred to as Jester Masks, Jester Masks are usually used for costume balls and as a result are extremely expensive.
 
The only website I can find that deals exclusively in masks is this one; http://www.effigymasks.com/harlequinjester_masks

Unfortunately these masks are only half-face ones, I don't want to know what kind of price tag a full-face one would carry.
