RTB Improvment

I was thinking that rtb should download bricks that it needs when loading builds. Is this possible?

That would require the downloading and enabling of add-ons while a server is running, which would cause errors and crashes for anyone connected.

However, an alternative solution is if the host is the one loading it, ask if you want to restart the server.

It is doable, but don't expect that any normal scripter would like to take on the task.
