I still have my copy of this, and it's still an awesome game.

Definitly Starcraft for me. It was made 10 years ago and is still a competitive game.

But that was a good one, even though it has frustrated me many times.

 But in all seriousness, This game was a  big part in my childhood when I was around the age 5. I still remember the music, and some quotes, the texture of the maps, and dungeons. It's still a dim memory but now that I look at it, it brings so much back.
