Red Alert 2 isn't a pre-21st century game. It was released in 2001.

Fun fact: The original cover contained depictions of the World Trade Center towers burning as a part of the New York Invasion plot, but right after 9/11 the games were pulled off shelves and quickly fitted with a changed cover.
