That's a very ignorant thing to say.

If you have an idea for a build in your mind, the only person who can recreate that visualization is you. The only was you could have someone else build something to suit your idea is to dictate every brick they place, which defeats the purpose of having them help.

At least if you do it yourself, you won't have to worry about leaving for an hour and coming back to see something that you absolutely hate and/or is built poorly. If you want something done right, do it yourself.

I think it was an old add-on that made nobody able to build on the server unless you give them trust

I get this all the time. I don't reject people because their building skills are bad, but simply because their style wouldn't match mine.
