I GOT IT. its most likely a glitch. iether you have to delete some add on that got into the fail bin, or you just don't have a good aim and miss all those times.

Does it effect if the failed add-on is enabled...?

What where the last add-ons you got before the weapons started acting up? You could have gotten a bad apple.

Try running with only the default addons + your sniper rifle and butterfly knife.

if things work as you expect, then one of your addons is causing problems.
If its still broken, then the problem is with your sniper rifle and/or butterfly knife.

If the add-on is Crap on'd, it won't make a difference and will NOT execute(start).
If your using a add-on that maybe using the same datablock as the Butterfly knife or the Sniper Rifle, that might be it.
