1: first go into cloak.

2: go into enemy sewers

3: disquise as engi and pretend I'm about to start building

4: BakStab

5: Someone finds me b4 i can go back into disquise

Pull it out like a regular cloak. Get hit. It activates. Anything that hits you while you are cloaked only does 10% of the original damage.
It also puts out fire. Just don't get set on fire again.

And the best way to do this is to let the fire burn for a few seconds (if you have the health to spare) and run away, hopefully you can get out of range of the Pyro and then activate the Dead Ringer. It will give a more convincing appearance that you died from the burn and you won't get re-ignited while invisible as long as you really are out of range.

Protip: Don't try to backstab the engi then sap the sentry you would have to be really good and really fast to do this.
