Where's that one quote from Badspot saying it will basically be like that machine from one episode of ghost in the shell which keeps making money after the creator died.

Who ever Badspot chooses. Likely his son (if he gets one) or a close friend. People wont give permissions like this because they want it to stay the same as they left it, but they cant so they find someone close to keep it alive. (Yay im a FBI profiler :P)
