New Hurricane Alarm System Installed in New Orleans

After Hurricane Katrina, most of the hurricane warning sirens were wiped out by the floods and damaged systems that were eventually replaced. The New Orleans created a really powerful new siren that makes sure EVERYONE can hear it in case another Katrina happens.
