Ok so you know the launch options for team fortress 2? I need the one that stops it from crashing the game every time i quit. Can i have that code please.

when i quit the game. like it gives me an error report and resets my options.

Take the thing out of your start up command section.
Once you use it it stays, but start up commands reset your settings when you start.
