Garry's Mod. What the hell.

I just bought GMod last night, downloaded it, and got this weird error. I deleted it, re-downloaded it, and got the same loving error.

Anyone know how to not get this error, or how to fix it?

Have you downloaded the Orange box SDK or w/e?  Have you played other source games?

I own the Orange Box. I've played TF2, Portal, and Half Life.

install a Source game with the smallest filesize.
