the "you monster" part of the trailer made me think you could decide to pair with glados for the rest of the game/she betrays you/tries too kill you again at a later point in game, or to leave her alone, and then she does the same and tries too kill you again at a later point in game.

Well I suppose GLaDOS does refer to you actually killing her, but I assumed since she's "still alive" that she wasn't really dead, and thus you didn't really kill her.
