Too bad you don't have a ps3.  If you did, you'd get mods for free easily, and steamplay.

you cant give your friend the pc version if you have the ps3 version. the pc version is required for yourself to link to your steam account.
so to play, you need 2 bought copies of the game

Actually, you could give away the pc version to a friend, but doing so leaves the ps3 player with the short end of the stick unable to play against pc people.
