What does this count? How many players are actively playing these games or how many times they've started it up since this event started?

If it's the first thing, then this will never happen because i don't think there are enough Steam players who own a game from the Potato Sack pack to fill that long bar

I keep trying to get the Audiosurf potato but when I try to play the special song it redirects me to 'The Device has been Modified'. :c
