Why is the bar for The Wonderful End of the World bigger than the others?

i mean valve proved us wrong consoles wouldnt be playing a big part in this thing with the ps3 + pc thing
they know A LOT of people got for consoles just so they could get it for both
i really wouldnt be surprised if they released it early for both
