I already went to support but I cant load the freaking game.

What the forget is this stuff...

Makes me unable to progress. Happens in Chapter one when Wheatley tells you that he thinks there a portal gun up a head but he can't tell, and tells you to go check it out. Then you're suppose to fall through the floor, yet I dont, I just get stuck in the errors and nothing happens...

By the way, why has Valve stopped having the crosshair tell you where you can and can't place portals? I was also wondering why it no longer shows what one you placed last, but then i realized that the Portal Gun shows what you placed last
