Air from the portal i think she was close enough to it for air to escape and save her OR! She held her breathe

It's not like the instant there's no air you die. You can survive a few moments. Why do you think she went unconscious? Also, the air being pulled out might be too high velocity to comfortably be breathed.

They spawn automatically during the game. You don't need to make them spawn.
