I think it's more that she's moved her body over where you are to look at you, and the guy is in the background. The scale messes up in translation.

Also, who is the guy? Definitely not Chell, Doug Rattmann's usually not in posture, and Cave Johnson is... RESUMED DEAD?! Maybe it's him! ... Or one of the people from the Co-op?
