Doubt it. They aim for the center of the body, not the head, and the bullets tend to be too fast to measure well. Reserve things like that for Sniper's weapons and Spy's

It varies for me. There are times when I go uber spy and just rape and will survive like, an entire match because the other team never catches me.

Then there are times when I'm constantly getting caught and the engineers I try and backstab turn around a split second before I click and then one-hit-crit me with their wrench :S
