The word stupidity doesn't even begin to describe your comprehension methods.

The reason oil rigs are being shut down is because oil is damaging to the environment, go look at my post on this thread for the details if you really feel the need.

Secondly, learn to type in some grammatical sense.

And lastly, I want you to take a bowl in your kitchen, and make a wall out of something. Fill both sides of the wall with the same amount of water. Now, take some cooking oil and spill it on one side of the wall. It eventually spills over the wall, correct? So how would this help? The wall would contain huge amounts of oil, and then when it spilled over, it would just go into the gulf, and this would take a certain ratio on how much oil was spilling to how much space it had to spill into, including height.

There is all these people cleaning up the shores, and sweating there arse off. They're cleaning, birds, pelicans, shores, cleaning the ocean top,  curing the animals, ETC.
