Add-ons I never downloaded

In my add-ons folder, I see folders and zips of add-ons I never even downloaded, or ever heard of, and they never appear in my game, either, they just sit there. Why?

They're the files you downloaded from servers.

Oh! Would there be a way to activate them? I saw a howitzer in there, that may be useful.

You can't activate them since they are cached files or just simple folders

RTB downloads the content files as zip archives so it's faster.

Sometimes if there isn't stuff like Textures, Sounds etc. RTB automatically downloads it as a .zip file so that it's just faster and makes no difference whatsoever.

Any way I got the Map "Flatlands" 2 times, and it appears on map list when I didnt even download it?

The only way that could happen is if there's a server.cs file in one of the folders, and those aren't downloaded when you load the addons in a server.

I have something like this happening to me...I have a whole bunch of prints, but I never download prints.
