How and why would he take the time to make emitters that would work in those few pictures and in no other situations?

They could also be edited images to make it play out the illusion. Maybe he edited an image of an emmiter, then stretched it out and warped it to make it seem like wires? It would take less time than creating a whole new emmiter.

and he would want to fake it why

so he can be fake-famous for it on a suggestion thread for a day

Instead of making a new emitter why not just use a whole bunch of those laser emitters close together like Truce? :D

EDIT: Wait a minute... I looked better and it looks like a cut out of an emitter copied and pasted >:C

This.

To mostly everyone:

Stop stuffting on my request, making up garbage about it that sounds like it would be a terrible add-on for bullstuff reasons, and trying to add other suggestions with it that are in fact terrible and will not work well in the slightest.

No idea, I'm just throwing out there that this could be fake whatever motivation there is for him. We can just wait to see if this is legit.

I'm not trying to stuff on the request. I think this is an excellent idea and would be a great feature to have in Blockland, I just wouldn't want to be disappointed if such a thing had turned out to be fake.

YOU PRODUCE LIES AND CONSPIRACY.

YOU PRODUCE LIES AND CONSPIRACY.

RRAAAWWWWWRRRRRRRRR

Guess what. You can spam anything in the game, especially bricks themselves.

This looks like a stuffload of fun to climb on.

YOU PRODUCE LIES AND CONSPIRACY.

I'm just trying to be precautious.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Disregard everything I've assumed, we can wait for this to be released and proven.

You clearly don't know the tell-tale signs of image manipulation and are just attempting to stuff-stir.

I support this idea and hope there will be some decent development.

What. You guys think those pictures are fake?
Actually, it seems the two who think they're fake are novice scripters. It's okay to not know how they work.

Also, to answer some questions:
1) Yes, they're emitters. Emitters are 2D particles, so there's no huge polycount.
2) They're emitters that stretch and curve themselves dynamically to simulate a wire's appearance.
3) No, they do not obey the physics engine. Unless they would by default, I didn't add support.
4) Maxxuss and I didn't lag when we had a bunch of giant wires up during testing.

Is it finished? If so I would like a link. This would be completely awesome.
