We well I guess I would enjoy having

1.some physics so you can make claws that WORK Impossible, Blockland's physics are client sided.
2.some boats that are more realistic                       This.
3.a LOCOMOTIVE train instead of box train             Not too sure about this
4.some snow u kinda sink in like real life                 Easily done.
5.a camper bus instead of regular city bus              Easily done again.
6.a map with some wind                                          All maps have wind, it justs needs to be set in the mission properties via mission editor.

And any other requests u guys can think of
