Also: i can aim in the general direction, but i would usually lose a gunfight due to inaccuracy if it is up close.

it fits nicely in the palm of my hand and i find it confortable. I like it better than those little mice i used to have.

I had to use a dell ball mouse for a while because my g5 decided to die on me.  It sucked, to say the least.  I'm happy I have a g500 now.

lol, at least i have thumb and finger grooves, i love my mouse, i also love how it works on my couch. (i have a laptop, you richardfaces, but i have pretty good ping)

It works fine for me. I've been using it for the better part of 2 years.

Edit: Mine isn't a ball mouse, it's optical.
