windows 7 broke the chat for me

so i got windows 7 today and instaled my blockland game on my new OS but as i got in it broke my chat i don't know how i don't know why but my parents didn't intend to remove chat from me but my Os broke it so what do i do to fix the chat for me?

When you press "t", does the chat thing pop up so you can type?

If the chat doesn't show up, then in Options, under additional options in chat section you can choose how long the chat is displayed.(If it is at 0 now)

its official it broke it and unistalled it but if i instal it again and it has the same glitches like

try running as administrator or running in windows ex packet 2

Its working fine for me. All you have to do is bind keys. <('-'<)

what do you mean exactly by "it broke my chat" ?
is chat missing?
too big?
too small?
wrong color?
too fast?
