the original xbox could have zsnes virtual and I believe project64 installed onto them you might need to have a modified hard drive or 'unleashed x'

Except not an R4 because R4 is old and sucks.

now find me a box that USB's to my computer so i can drop in all the nes/snes roms i want.

then plug the thing up to any tv and just select my game.

It is not hard to make a usb styled thing. Just have a usb that you stick into it, as the storage device.
