No it's not, I've seen this being built myself. It is true that i am working on my own and have been slowly adding to it since release of blockland. I still won't be able to release it for a very long time.

Also, yeah, 3 of the wings were duped, but it would have been dumb to build the same thing 4 times.  The height was manually built though.
