That's true.  But I think they are full of stuff and milk it for free weed so they can deal it to people for a living.  Once I saw a teenager on a bike pull up and they dealt to him.  It made me so mad.  Also, if the legal marijuana leaves the possession of the one whom has a license to carry it, it is no longer legal.
