About
SimCity 4 is a city simulation game from Maxis & EA. The player can create an entire region then buold a mega metropolis. Dealing with things like crime and disasters.

I remember playing an older version then this Simcity.  I was around 6 years old at the time.  I used a very old computer (Running Windows 98).  very little monitor and my Dad and I used to make these big cities.  I had a personal city myself and had the best out of all the cities.  Unfortunatly, it was accidentally deleted. D:
